I was working in a chemical company where it was mandatory for all the employees to have an insurance coverage. I have lot of my friends working in different life insurance companies and I usually buy insurance from them. However, I also felt the need to buy a group insurance for my entire family. I was not sure if that comes under life insurance or under general insurance. I rang up one my friend called Abbey who had acquired licenses of different life insurance companies and had thorough knowledge of life insurance and general insurance plans. I asked him if he can come at my home where we can conveniently discuss about various policies provided by different life insurance companies. He told me that he can meet me in the evening after 6.00. I was fine with that and we fixed an appointment at 6.00. I went to my office where I spoke about general insurance with few of my colleagues who showed some interest in knowing more about it. I invited them to come to my place so that my friend can speak with all of us about the various insurance plans and can clear the doubts or any questions that my colleagues may come up with. We left our office at 5.30 and within 20 minutes we were all present at my place. We were preparing ourselves with some questions which we can ask to Abbey and can get a clarification on those questions.

It was 6.10 and the door bell rang. I knew it would be Abbey. I opened the door and found him standing out waiting for me to open the door. I asked him to come inside the house where my colleagues were patiently waiting to meet him. I then introduced Abbey to all my colleagues and then we started asking him questions about different policies provided by different life insurance companies. Abbey patiently heard them all and then replied to all of their questions. He also explained us how we can get maximum coverage by paying minimum premiums and also suggested some plans which provided maximum benefits to customers. Abbey was very helpful to us. He explained everything in detail and helped us understand the plans without any complications. Many of my colleagues decided to buy insurance policies from Abbey and I also bought a health insurance from him that covers my entire family.
