Limited liability free life insurance cover was included with the mortgage. Oh well thats good. We knew we had to have life insurance cover so the fact that it was free was a bonus.

We had found a nice little semi-detached in a leafy suburb just outside London .However, properties in those areas cost quite a bit more than in the rest of the uk so an offer of free life insurance was more than welcome.

We were so happy to be moving in to a larger house now that I was expecting my second child. We need the extra space badly. Jamie was ready for his own room and we could have a nursery for the new baby.

It had a conservatory where Ben and I could relax in the evening while during the day it could double as a safe playroom with easy access to the garden in summer. I just couldn't wait.

Life insurance cover is actually something we never thought about until now. Well when you are young you don't think you will need life insurance cover. Its the last thing on your mind when there is so much living to do. Yet some mortgage lenders wouldn't give us a mortgage without it . I don't mind, it is one of those things we probably would not bother getting around to if it hadn't been included for us in this deal. In the long run it is the right thing to do.

We moved in about six weeks after everything had gone through. It was both exhausting and exciting. I immediately started decorating the nursery and Jamies bedroom. I found some fantastic art stencils .He wanted a Jungle theme so thats what I did for him . Tigers and lions and monkeys in trees bedecked his walls. while in the nursery I kept is to pastels in coffee and beiges and creams very pretty though.

I had bought a huge chandelier for the dining room.It would take two of us to get that put up.There was a lovely small inglenook fireplace in the lounge with a log stove. So cosy. The oriental rugs I had bought looked fabulous against the brown leather furniture. It was a home to be proud of.

It was everything we had dreamed about .I felt so lucky. I had a lovely partner and our gorgeous little boy Jamie and another baby on the way . Who could ask for more.
